We accept return requests for items that are:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
All return requests must be approved before sending any item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost.
