📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are fulfilled and shipped via Shopify’s order system once payment is confirmed.

🚚 Shipping Times

After processing, orders are shipped from our US warehouse:

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

📍 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Shopify with your tracking number. You can track your order through the provided link or carrier website.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high demand. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PawHush is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.

📦 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shopify automatically processes the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
